The yearly battle for the the Robson Trophy between the Ladies and the Seniors has recently taken place. This year also included a small side battle over the rules and so a lively competition was expected. Fortunately, the weather played its part and battle could commence.
The format this year was 5 sets of pairs from each section going out to play Matchplay. This year the Seniors prevailed and came in with the better result by winning 4:1. The Ladies had to reluctantly hand over the coveted trophy to the Seniors but have already vowed to win it back in 2020.
