Nicki Croft and Linda Humphries continued in good form by winning the Bedfordshire County Foursomes this week beating Diane Green and Yvonne Richards from Aspley Guise 5:4 at Dunstable Downs.
Fortunately, the weather turned for the better just as they started but there was a fair wind making club selection tricky. They had a bit of a set back losing the first hole but from there on the ladies stepped up a gear and won the next 3 holes...!! Being 2 up at the turn they applied more pressure on the opponents to win the match on the 14th.
Nicki and Linda will be presented with the trophy at the County AGM in November.
